Flowers and plants cannot be returned. Did you order something else (such as a jar) and is the item not quite what you wanted? Of course that can happen. With Limited Leaves you have the option to return it within 14 days after the invoice date.

Item not arrived properly?
Occasionally something can go wrong during transport. Is this the case? Let us know as soon as possible! In this case we will always provide a suitable solution. You can contact our customer service - stating your order number - at [email protected]

Return
Follow the steps below to send your return correctly:

1. Pack the items you want to return in the original packaging and add a note with your order number. This way we know upon arrival that the return comes from you.

2. Take your return to the nearest post office and have it shipped to the Limited Leaves head office.

Return conditions
- Returns are only possible within the set return period of 14 days
- The return costs incurred are for your own account
- Both the costs and the risk of shipping are for your own account
- Send the items you wish to return in one shipment to ensure that the return shipment can be processed quickly
- As soon as we have received the returned items, we will refund the amount
- Without a track and trace code, no investigation will be started into missing returns. So keep in mind that proof of shipment with a track & trace code is a requirement to be eligible for a refund
- Is your order incorrect? We will of course solve this for you as soon as possible! Contact us at [email protected] or send us a WhatsApp message on 06-14862222 and state your name, order number and the items involved. Then we can help you as soon as possible and solve it for you!

Exchange
It is not possible to exchange an item. Do you still want a different variant? Then you can place a new order. Did you use a discount code and does this code no longer work? Then unfortunately you can no longer use this. Fortunately, we often have discount promotions, so keep a close eye on our website.
